- negotiation and signing of the foreign trade contract on behalf of the Customer or on behalf of LLC «FTS» of the Customer interest in English language and translation into Russian language at the export and import of goods;
- currency regulation in accordance with RF legislation for payments in foreign currency including the performing of the bank transaction passport;
- accompaniment of the foreign trade contracts on the subject of the necessary changes, addendums and annexes up to full preparing the goods for shipment;
- cargo pick up from the consignor within the export and import procedures;
- HS code definition;
- customs clearance of the cargo under the import procedures outside RF on the customs of the relevant foreign country / customs clearance of the cargo under the export procedures outside Russian Federation;
- participation during the customs inspection/examination of the cargo;
- customs duties and taxes covering;
- cargo delivery to the airport of departure / loading on truck / loading on Board of the sea vessel;
- cargo delivery to the airport of destination / consignee’s address / consignee’s temporary storage warehouse;
- issuing the necessary certificates upon the import of goods;
- phytosanitary control upon the export of goods;
- obtaining the Federal service for technical and export control under the export of goods having the dual-use character;
- providing the customs approval for the following customs procedures: processing the goods on the customs territory, processing the goods outside the customs territory, temporary import, temporary import, re-export, re-import, customs transit, etc.;
- representation of the Customer interests in all governmental and non-governmental bodies on issues arising from the foreign trade activities;
- representation of the Customer interests in Arbitration courts;
- individual advising on any matters for foreign trade regulation;
- cargo insurance against all risks of damage / loss of the cargo with 100% legal protection guarantee during international delivery (air, sea, truck) to Europe, USA, Canada, China, South Korea, any other country as well as from and between the mentioned countries (for more details see section "Insurance");
